After a lot of indecision I have put a deposit on a Triumph Speed Triple 955i. I’ve always loved the T595 Daytona and later 955i but having sat on a couple I just didn’t like the riding position as much as the Speed Triple.

The Speed Triple is a naked Daytona with the same 955 triple engine, all be it in a different state of tune.

The black ones just look the dogs bollox and when a black one came up locally at Windy Corner Motorcycles I took a look and really wanted it. I didn’t really want to pay the ticket price though and went away.

Today I just went and payed the ticket price, I got so fed up of trying to weigh up the pros and cons of different bike that I went and followed my heart to the Windy Corner and gave them a deposit

Sod the money, you are a long time dead after all and the triple may bring death on sooner than expected

It is being delivered on Friday.
